Terms of Service

The rules for ReadyOps AI: how Vault and one-time purchases are billed, what they include, billing/refund policy, and the operating license.

1. Who we are

ReadyOps AI builds AI-powered emergency planning tools for small businesses and frontline responders — emergency-action plans, continuity plans, crisis communication plans, prompt libraries, and the operational templates that keep the work honest between incidents. 2. Acceptance

By visiting the site, signing up for the checklist, joining a waitlist, buying a product, or subscribing to the AI Vault, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service — we'd rather you find a tool that fits.

3. Products and pricing

We sell two kinds of things. Every checkout runs through Gumroad, our merchant-of-record.

AI Vault — recurring subscriptions

  • Solo — $19/month, one seat. Every ReadyOps AI product, monthly prompt + template updates, downloadable formats (Word, Excel, Markdown, PDF), quarterly deep-dive drops, founding-member feedback channel.
  • Team — $29/month, up to ten seats. Everything in Solo plus shared comment threads per template, team-friendly licensing (one bill, ten seats), and priority edits on the next monthly drop.

One-time SKUs — Gumroad storefront

  • All-In-One Bundle — $99. Every ReadyOps AI product in one purchase. Per-organization license.
  • Emergency Plan Bundle — $49. Four ready-to-edit emergency plans (EAP, BCP, Crisis Communication, DRP). Per-company license.
  • AI Prompt Library — $29. 500+ tested prompts across six industry tracks, updated quarterly.
  • Business Toolkit — $39. Nine editable templates — risk matrix, COOP, BIA worksheet, contact directory, resource tracking, vendor tracker, training tracker, PPE inventory, emergency checklist.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change for new buyers. Current subscribers keep their founding-member rate for the life of the subscription.

4. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

The AI Vault is a recurring subscription billed monthly through Gumroad. Each tier renews automatically at the cadence shown on the checkout page until you cancel. Your founding-member rate is locked for the life of the subscription — if pricing changes for new buyers, you stay on the rate you signed up at. Manage billing and cancel any time from the Gumroad library associated with your account.

5. Refunds and cancellation

  • Vault subscriptions: no partial refunds once a billing cycle has been charged. Cancel from your Gumroad library at any time — no further charges will be billed. Access continues to the end of the current paid period.
  • One-time SKUs: covered by our Refund Policy — 30-day money-back, no questions asked. For anything that isn't a refund (a billing edge case, a question about what a SKU covers, a partnership idea), contact us and we'll route it to the right person.

6. Acceptable use

When you use ReadyOps AI, you agree not to:

  • scrape, republish, or resell Vault content or one-time SKUs as your own product;
  • attempt to disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or bypass rate limits, paywalls, or other access controls;
  • use the templates to generate misleading emergency communications that could endanger staff, customers, or the public.

7. Intellectual property

Vault content (templates, prompts, downloads) is licensed to the subscribing organisation for internal use during the subscription. One-time SKUs are licensed per-organisation. In every case the license is internal use only — no resale, no republication, no passing the file along to a different business entity. The ReadyOps AI name, marks, and original templates remain our intellectual property; nothing in these terms transfers ownership.

8. Disclaimers and liability cap

The service and every template it ships are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Emergency-response templates are reference material, not legal, regulatory, or professional advice — your industry, jurisdiction, and incident all change what “ready” means, so adapt the templates to your situation and have them reviewed by a qualified professional before relying on them.

Where the law allows, our total liability to you for any and all claims is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost business — even if we were warned they might happen.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If a dispute arises, you agree to try to resolve it with us directly first — email readyops-ai@polsia.app.

10. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we email active subscribers at the address on file. The Last updated date at the top of this page is the source of truth.
