FAQ

Questions buyers actually ask

Plain-English answers about what ReadyOps AI is, who it is for, and how the free and paid pieces fit together.

What is ReadyOps AI, in plain English?
ReadyOps AI is a ready-to-use library of operations, HR and emergency-preparedness templates, prompts and tools that a small business or HR/safety team can download, fill in and ship the same day — instead of writing them from scratch.
Who is ReadyOps AI built for?
Three audiences: HR and safety leads at companies between roughly 10 and 250 employees, small-business owners who wear the operations hat themselves, and emergency managers or continuity planners who need a baseline they can customize. These three are the same audiences shown in the trust band above.
What is included in AI Vault vs. the one-time products on the store?
The store sells four one-time bundles — the All-In-One Bundle ($99), the Emergency Plan Bundle ($49), the AI Prompt Library ($29) and the Business Toolkit ($39) — each a complete downloadable kit. AI Vault is the recurring subscription: Solo ($19 / month) and Team ($29 / month) layers on a stream of new templates, prompts and updates delivered through the Vault dashboard. Vault assumes you already know what you want; the store bundles are the fastest way to get started.
How much does it cost, and how do refunds and cancellation work?
One-time bundles are priced $29–$99 and billed once via Gumroad — Gumroad handles refunds per its 30-day policy. AI Vault Solo is $19 per month and Team is $29 per month, also billed through Gumroad; cancel anytime from your Gumroad account and you keep access through the end of the billing period.
What format are the downloads delivered in?
Word, Excel, Markdown and PDF — formats your team already opens, so you can edit, print and share without buying new software.
How does the free Business Emergency Checklist connect to the paid products?
The free checklist at /free is the same six-area Business Emergency Checklist that is shipped inside the Emergency Plan Bundle. Use the checklist to see whether the gaps it surfaces map to the bundle (or the All-In-One Bundle if you want everything); the checklist page hands off to the store once you have a clear list.
Do I need an account or subscription to start?
No. Every one-time bundle is a direct download — no account, no binder, no portal login. AI Vault is the only thing that requires a subscription, and even there you can cancel the same day if it is not a fit.
