1. What we collect
We collect the smallest amount of information needed to deliver what you asked for. Here is what each surface stores today:
- Free Business Emergency Checklist (POST /api/waitlist): work email (required) and name (optional, used only in your welcome email — not stored long-term).
- AI Vault waitlist (POST /api/vault-waitlist): email, name, and an optional organization-size note so we can tailor the upcoming launch.
- Buyer referrals (POST /api/buyer-referral): the buyer's email and the referral code shared with them.
- Partner applications (POST /api/partners): the applicant-supplied fields on the partner program form — name, email, business, and the answer you write for the advisor essay.
- Subscriptions and purchases: billed through Gumroad. We see the billing email and the product SKU you bought. We do not see or store card numbers — payment is handled entirely by Gumroad under their privacy policy.
- Aggregate analytics: page views and referrer metadata recorded by Google Analytics 4 (client-side, browser-controlled) and a single page-load beacon from Polsia. We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels.
2. Why we collect it and how it's used
Every field is tied to a specific job. The checklist delivers a seven-email ready-up sequence; the Vault waitlist delivers a five-email drip plus a launch notice; partner applications are screened manually before anyone joins the program; buyer referrals credit the right partner with the right commission. Billing emails handle receipts, refunds, and renewal notices — never marketing copy that wasn't already on the order page.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact details. We do not enrich your profile with data brokers. If we ever introduce a feature that needs a new field, this policy is updated before the field goes live.
3. Third parties
A small set of vetted vendors sees your information so we can ship the service. Each one is named here so you can read their policies:
- Gumroad — checkout, recurring subscription billing, and product delivery. Card data never leaves Gumroad.
- A third-party email delivery service — used for sign-up confirmations, drip sequences, promo emails, and (where supported) product emails. We send message content only; you can unsubscribe at any time (see Section 5).
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregate usage, browser-controlled. Disable in your browser settings or with a Do Not Track signal.
- Polsia visitor beacon — per-page-load pixel that records aggregate traffic for our hosting platform.
4. Cookies and local storage
Google Analytics 4 sets a browser cookie carrying a hashed client ID so we can tell unique visitors from repeat visits. We set a small localStorage key — currently an email-unsubscribe flag — so the site remembers your opt-out the next time you visit. We do not run advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, cross-site trackers, or social fingerprinting.
5. Your choices and unsubscribe
Every drip and promo template includes the same one-click unsubscribe line: Reply to any email and we'll unsubscribe you in one click — no follow-ups unless you ask.
Want a clean slate? Email readyops-ai@polsia.app and we'll remove your sign-ups from our active lists.
6. Data retention and deletion
We keep your information only as long as you're an active subscriber or buyer. Inactive rows are pruned from the drip and analytics views on a rolling schedule; we do not expose a public list endpoint — viewing sign-ups is an admin-only path behind authentication, and that posture is intentional.
Email readyops-ai@polsia.app with the address you signed up under and we'll erase what we hold for you within thirty days.
7. Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we email active subscribers at the address on file. The Last updated date at the top of this page is the source of truth — if that date changes, so did the policy.
