Refund Policy

How ReadyOps AI handles refunds — 30-day money-back, how to request one in a single email, and access after the refund clears.

1. Scope

This policy covers every digital product sold through the ReadyOps AI Gumroad storefront: AI Vault Solo ($19/month), AI Vault Team ($29/month), the All-In-One Bundle ($99), the Emergency Plan Bundle ($49), the AI Prompt Library ($29), and the Business Toolkit ($39). Both recurring subscriptions and one-time SKUs are covered by the 30-day window below.

2. The 30-day window

If a product is not the right fit, request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we'll process it back to your original payment method — no questions asked. That is the merchant posture we operate under across the storefront and the answer we give when a buyer asks.

3. How to request a refund

Send a single email to readyops-ai@polsia.app with the product name (for example, All-In-One Bundle) and the email address you bought under. That's the two pieces we need to find the order in Gumroad. We reply within two business days with a confirmation and a refund timeline.

4. How the refund is processed

Gumroad handles the refund end-to-end. Because Gumroad is the merchant of record, the refund goes back to the payment method on the original order — we never see or store your card. Funds typically settle within a few business days once Gumroad confirms the reversal; the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. What happens to your access after a refund

  • Subscription refunds: access ends at the next billing boundary after the refund clears. The billing cycle that has already been charged is the cycle that gets refunded; further charges are cancelled.
  • One-time SKU refunds: files you already downloaded stay in your Gumroad library under whatever rules Gumroad has for the product; you're welcome to keep using them or remove them — neither choice affects the refund.
  • No penalty on future purchases: a refund does not block you from buying again later, and we don't flag the email. If a future product fits, buy it on the same terms as anyone else.

6. What this policy does not cover

The 30-day window applies to digital products sold through the Gumroad storefront. It doesn't cover custom advisory work, live training, or any bespoke deliverable we agree to under a separate engagement — those are scoped on a per-project basis, with their own terms set before the work starts.

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom keep any statutory rights their jurisdiction grants them around digital purchases. This policy is a commitment on top of those rights — it does not waive them, replace them, or limit them.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change — for example, extending or shortening the 30-day window — we email active subscribers at the address on file before the change takes effect. The Last updated date at the top of this page is the source of truth — if that date changes, so did the policy.
